This 2020 LaBoit mobile medical trailer is a turnkey unit designed specifically for women’s wellness and pregnancy support services. With two private exam rooms, a patient intake area, restroom, and fully integrated medical storage, it’s ideal for clinics expanding into mobile care, rural outreach, or community health programs.

Interior & Features
Inside, you’ll find two exam rooms with built-in cabinetry, a restroom with specimen pass-through, non-slip flooring, bright LED overhead lighting, and a welcoming reception area. The trailer comes equipped with two Midmark Ritter 204 exam tables, physician stools, LED exam lights, a refrigerator, stereo system, and reliable heating/cooling with dual 13,500 BTU ceiling units.

Power & Plumbing
A manual transfer system allows seamless switching between the 7.0K Honda inverter generator and the auxiliary AGM battery bank. The trailer includes AC/DC breaker panels, 10 interior outlets, a 35’ shore power cord, and exterior 110V access. Plumbing features include four stainless sinks, a full restroom, a 4-gallon water heater, fresh and grey/black water tanks, and a 12V water pump.

Exterior & Condition
The unit measures 27’ long and is built on a heavy-duty 2020 LaBoit bumper pull chassis (GVWR 14,000 lbs.). It has a clean interior, good tires, and functional windows/doors with UV-tinted glass. There is a small cosmetic burn mark near the entry from a past arson attempt, and the water/exterior pump may need replacement.
